Orange County has requested CPWG to plan to add three multipurpose fields to the existing amenities at Barber Park, in Lake Buena Vista. As part of the project, power for the MUSCO lighting system and restroom building will be designed. The CPWG team will be responsible for preparing both the preliminary layout and the final construction plans. Final plans will include Geometry, Grading, and Drainage,
Utilities, Roadway Plan and Profile, Typical Sections, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, Survey Plan, and Specifications Package. Submittals will be made at the 60%, 90%, 100% and final levels of completion. To assist planning our team will create a project schedule in Microsoft Project and prepare probable construction costs for the project.
CPWG will provide construction Administration assistance to the Orange County staff. It is anticipated that the team will be attending preliminary meetings and multiple construction phase meetings, as well as reviewing and answering RFI’s and RFP’s as required. The team will also focus on the permitting process. It is anticipated that they will be required to prepare and submit the following permits:
1. St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) stormwater permit for construction.
2. Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s (FDEP) potable water and wastewater permit.
3. Orange County Building Department Permit package.
